Building at the intersection of medicine, technology, and human health, where the greatest returns come from compounding health, wealth, and meaning with equal discipline.

Trained to heal.
Built to create.

My career began in medicine, trained in the molecular precision of biochemistry at the University of British Columbia, forged through medical school, and certified through the Royal College of Physicians of Canada. Medicine taught me the most important skill an entrepreneur can possess: the ability to make high-stakes decisions under uncertainty, guided by evidence rather than ego.

That foundation carried me from clinical practice to the earliest days of the internet economy, where I recognized that domain names were not speculative assets but digital infrastructure, the permanent addressing layer of a new civilization. I built one of the world's largest domain portfolios, a story that earned me the cover of Business 2.0 as "The Man Who Owns the Internet" and the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award in Technology.

Today, I build companies at the frontier of artificial intelligence, e-commerce logistics, and human health. Each venture reflects the same thesis I've held since medical school: find the systems that underpin everything, understand them more deeply than anyone else, and build infrastructure that compounds over decades.

Principles

The Operating System
behind every decision

In Heart
I Trust

Every great decision begins with conviction before calculation. Strip the problem to its irreducible truth, then let the heart lead where the mind alone won't go. Medicine taught me to diagnose with precision; entrepreneurship taught me that the courage to act on what you see, before the data convinces everyone else, is the only real edge. The heart is the first principle.

Asymmetric
Compounds

The most transformative outcomes come from small, disciplined inputs compounded over long time horizons into wildly asymmetric returns. A single domain name becomes digital infrastructure. A clinical insight becomes a health empire. A founding team becomes a platform. Seek the positions where time is your ally and the downside is bounded but the upside is unbounded.

Timeless
Stewardship

Everything I build, companies, health protocols, knowledge systems, is designed to outlast me. Ownership is temporary; stewardship is the real work. The question is never "what can I extract?" but "what can I set in motion that grows stronger after I let go?" True wealth is measured not by what you accumulate but by what endures beyond you.

Vertical
Moats

Go deeper, not wider. The most defensible positions in business and in life are built by going vertical: owning the full stack of a domain so completely that no horizontal player can replicate the depth. Premium domains, vertical AI, end-to-end logistics, each venture is a moat dug not by breadth but by an obsessive understanding of a single problem from top to bottom.

Providential
Serendipity

The greatest breakthroughs in my life have arrived at the intersection of relentless preparation and moments I could not have engineered. Call it providence, call it serendipity. I've learned to build the vessel and trust that the wind will come. Prepare with the discipline of a physician. Move with the faith of an entrepreneur. The prepared mind recognizes what others walk past.

The Three Pillars

Health. Wealth. Meaning.

Life is optimized across three dimensions. Neglecting any one diminishes the others.
These are not separate pursuits. They are a single, integrated thread.

I

Health

The Foundation

The body is the first company you run.

As a physician, I know that most chronic disease is not inevitable. It is the predictable consequence of decisions compounded over decades. Cardiovascular disease, metabolic syndrome, and the conditions that diminish most lives are, in large part, reversible through disciplined, evidence-based lifestyle intervention.

This is not theory to me. I study the science of plaque regression, optimize through quantitative self-measurement, and train as a competitive cyclist. I am building a premier health and wellness retreat dedicated to proving that the most powerful medicine is not a pill. It is a protocol: education, prevention, nutrition, and movement, delivered with clinical rigor and world-class hospitality.

The physician who teaches a patient to heal themselves has accomplished more than the one who merely treats them.

II

Wealth

The Instrument

Capital is stored energy. Spend it building things that matter.

Wealth, properly understood, is not a destination, it is an instrument of agency. The ability to allocate capital, time, and attention toward what matters most is the ultimate form of freedom. I have built wealth not through speculation, but through identifying structural shifts early, building durable assets, and compounding over long time horizons.

From internet infrastructure to cross-border logistics to enterprise AI, every venture reflects the same thesis: find the infrastructure layer of the next economy, build it before others see it, and hold it with conviction. The same discipline applies to personal capital: invest in health, relationships, and knowledge with the same seriousness you bring to financial assets.

Real wealth compounds in silence. The loudest returns are rarely the largest.

III

Meaning

The Purpose

A life fully lived requires a question worth pursuing.

The most remarkable people I've encountered are not driven by money, they are driven by questions they cannot stop asking. For me, those questions span the intersection of human health and technological possibility: How do we preserve the knowledge that institutions lose? How do we reverse the diseases that shorten most lives? How do we build systems that compound human potential rather than diminish it?

Meaning comes from the integration of all three pillars: using health as the foundation, wealth as the instrument, and meaning as the compass. I study ancient texts, train on mountain roads, and build AI systems, because each of these activities is, at its core, an attempt to understand and improve the human condition.

He who has a why to live can bear almost any how.

Manifesto

What I Believe

I believe that the human body is designed to heal, that wealth is a responsibility more than a reward, and that the deepest meaning emerges when you give away what cost you the most. This is the compass I return to: in life, in the boardroom, and in the quiet hours when the only audience is my own conscience.

The grief we bear conceives the meaning we birth.

Build things that heal. Invest in what compounds. Pursue the questions that outlast you.
